Terms of Service
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Jacob Maynard, a sole trader in Missouri, USA, doing business as Nonsense Audio (“we”, “us”). They cover nonsense.audio and the list you can join on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
A plugin you buy from us comes with its own licence, which you will see before you pay. Where the two disagree about a plugin, the licence wins.
The list
Join it with your own email address, and only if you are 13 or older. We email the list when a plugin is out, one email each. Every email has a link that takes you off the list, or write to support@nonsense.audio and we will remove you. The Privacy Policy says what we keep and why.
Using the site
Use it as you would any website. Do not:
- sign up anyone else’s email address, or sign up addresses automatically;
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not meant for you, or disrupt them, overload them or probe them for weaknesses;
- copy the site wholesale, or pass yourself off as us.
We may block anyone who does.
What is ours
The name Nonsense Audio, our logo, the plugin names, and the site’s words and pictures belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site and to share its pages as they are. Anything else needs our permission.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything for them. Thank you in advance.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it always will be, that it is free of errors, or that a plugin it describes will be released, or released on any date. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for anything to do with it is limited to $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and applies from then on. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Missouri, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term at some point, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
